Bro here's what really happened. I know there is no way for me to get you to believe me, but I promise you it's true. The FBI either paid that dude or blackmailed him to go blow up the ATT building which has a bunch of incriminating phone recordings for the FBI. I don't know if it was a special ops team or different group of the military, but they got intel on what he was doing and intercepted the RV and killed the dude but left him in the RV. They then removed 90% of the explosives and drove to the ATT building. They rigged the sound system warning everyone to leave and recorded the gun shots and made some anonymous tips to the police to go out there. Once they decided it was safe, they fired a directed energy weapon from space on the RV and detonated it. Why did they do all this? To trick the FBI into temporarily thinking that the guy they either blackmailed or paid to blow up the building actually went through with the plan but fucked it up. The military wants to preserve all the equipment inside the building but don't yet have the proper warrants or whatever to actually go retrieve it.
