The phone call was part of a litigation. MSM is wrongly reporting that Trump is suing them "over" this phone call... Now this phone call was part of Trump suing them... But of course MSM conveniently phrases it in such a way as to make it seem as if Trump is embarrassed over the leak or as if he said something wrong/bad....
