I think the realization from Trump's presidency is how limited the executive branch's power actually is. There is also something to be said about how entrenched the communists and new-orderists are in our government, which either compounds or truncates this power. obama, being one of them, had seemingly greater range. For example, he could count on the IRS and FBI to do his bidding, whether asked for or by common goal. Trump met walls practically everywhere he looked, and was surrounded by traitors often.
