Basically they were in negotiations. Trump said just find me a little just enough to win. Which is perfectly legal.
Also, I am not a lawyer, but I assume Trump may have sued these people in a secret court to use intelligence as evidence. I wasn't aware we had a public lawsuit. So yes, the leak of this call could be very serious if it pertains to one of those courts.
