I am not a lawyer, but I believe a Consent Decree is a type of settlement agreement. The traitors signed it because they wanted Abrams to shut up and accept the 2018 gubernatorial race. Treasonous act to save their own butts! I don't think any Consent Decree can override the state's constitution.

The issues will depend on what agreements are in the Consent Decree. If anything in the Consent Decree is outside Georgia State Constitutional Law - that a big problem.

A Consent Decree is a Court document signed by a Judge into the record. A regular settlement agreement can be done outside a court, as long as both parties have agreed and signed off on terms.
