I heard that another season of Beavis & Butt-Head is coming, but it's going to be on Comedy Central instead of MTV.
After taking a 13+ year break the show did return in 2011 for one season. It was pretty good and at its natural form. Disappointing it didnt stick.
I know. It was hilarious. But apparently MTV wasn't interested in buying another season even though Mike Judge was willing to keep making more episodes.
The problem is, MTV is the DNC brainwashing network for dumb teens... and Mike Judge makes shows that warn against that shit. That's gotta be the reason they canned Beavis and Butthead the second time, because people liked it and it exposed liberals, hollywood, and leftism for the disease that it is.
This! At first, MTV was all-in for Beavis & Butthead because on the surface, they encouraged dumbness and irresponsible self-centered misbehavior. MTV "News" even got a trailer-park fire out of it, blaming the fire on kids imitating the show (rather than the parent who let the kids play with lighters.)

They realized Mike Judge is a Patriot from Texas, the kind of guy who does occasional interviews with InfoWars. Problematic! The show actually does some smart social commentary on the sly, so it had to go.
Can a reboot of beavis and butthead in the 2020's possibly be good?

Mike Judge is a pretty solid writer and director. I have faith in him.
And according to people, they finally scored and are parents now. I hope they plan on shitting all over today's "clown world" culture.

They revived it about 10 years ago on MTV. It was mediocre.
I liked that season. It wasn't as good as the old season, but it had some good moments.
Like when they walked into a tech support office and found Hamid. Beavis goes "Hello, I am Hamid, I am Chinese." I thought that was hilarious.
And when they found ways to pull up porn on the computers there lol.
It did have its moments. I just think it failed to live up to the magic of the original run.
Maybe my expectations were too high... or my tastes matured.
I agree with this statement. I have all of the Mike Judge Collections and the older ones are just outstanding. New ones aren't bad, but they don't live up to the old ones for sure.
