Hate to say it but I say biggest change to presidential elections need to be standardized at the federal level. DHS/CISA needs to be given the authority to perform their basic task to ensure that federal elections have some sort of integrity, confidentiality, and is only available to US Citizens.
Second, eliminate all mail in voting. Absentee voting must meet certain criteria to allow a citizen to use vote via that method.
The sh*t show we saw on election night and afterwards is due to the two issues above.
