The fuck do you want him to do? He's ONE man. Yes, he has more avenues than us, but he's the head of the weakest branch of government in our country.
What do you want him to do? He needs court orders to seize shit. FISA warrants. You know who controls the FISA courts? Chief Justice Roberts. You think he's going to get a warrant? Don't hold your breath.
Fun Fact: States are Sovereign. Do you know the definition of this word? The Federal Government can't just step in and do whatever it wants in states. They need the state to cooperate. If they don't, this limits what the federal government can do. States control the elections in their jurisdiction. This is written into the constitution. Ever wonder why a murderer isn't charged by the federal government? Because it's a state crime. The federal government has no say or jurisdiction to charge the person. You CANNOT take Sovereignty away from states and as states run their own elections, even for federal officials, you're limited to what you can do.
