It would also send the message that in order to shut down a major metropolis, all we would have to do is announce we're going to organize in that city and coordinate thousands of people to make hotel reservations for the same time frame.

Maybe we only allow "essential workers" to rent hotels(instead of dirty white corona trash like you and me)
