Good idea to meet just outside DC with a plan, hit locations with 50 people or more cops are less likely to fuck around with large groups
There’s a great campsite right off of 270 in Clarksburg. I believe only the RV sites are open during winter. It’s called Little Bennett Campground. About 45 minutes from the rally location. The number to check for sites is 301-528-3430.
