I learned about propaganda methods in 5th grade, and I have been a life long conservative and people tell me I'm smart...and I tell you, even I can sometimes fall for propaganda or disinformation. It takes a lot of energy and effort to challenge everything...humans want to trust other humans in the same tribe. Socialization and society expect trust. Successful civilizations have hight trust levels. That's why the fake and misleading is so abhorrent! (PS. Great post and great question. People cant understand why these prominent, privileged people behave as they do because they dont understand the mechanism and influence of control files. When you understand how they work and how common they are its easy to determine those that have been compromised and Raffensperger is clearly one. Its not just control file either: Catherine Austin Fitts did an amazing 10+ part series entitled "Deep State Tactics" last year that covers all the methods the deep state utilizes to control people for anyone interested.
In terms of why Raffensperger wont choose Trump over this controllers, I guess his thinking is paralyzed by fear, is less scared of Trumps wrath or thinks Trump probably wont win. They choose his state because they could control it (and him), so I wouldn't be surprised if they have something deeply disturbing on him with some sort of child sex abuse being the most likely. Could be anything though, but 100% he is compromised. Another person who I guarantee is compromised is Jack Dorsey. That guy looks completely dead inside.
