The ‘news’ business model breeds corruption.

Information should be free. But if info is free, what then is the value advantage over one ‘news’ network over the other?

REAL journalism is one of research, thesis and synthesis.

What we have now is sensational ‘journalism’, the core function to grab attention for clicks, to monetize with ads, etc.

What we have now is agenda ‘journalism’, the core is to SHAPE your opinion vs INFORMING you.

the problem is most normies take a passive approach to news. they want some organization or person with "credentials" or whatever to simply summarize/recap the news for them, as opposed to people who take an active approach to news i.e., researching stuff on their own. if you take the fast-food approach to news and want it all just recapped and served up for you on a platter by someone who you "trust" to give you "what you need to know," then you will drift further from reality a day at a time without even noticing the brand new fake world that's just been constructed around you.
