I don't understand what yall are confused about. The sign clearly says its a First Amendment Activity Area. Not a Second Amendment Activity Area. Everyone knows the founders never intended for us to exercise more than one right at a time...

They will NOT charge you for open carrying, they will charge folks with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and random shit like that.
They know the open carry would lose in the courts eventually, but the other charges, they can get those to stick easily, that's how they make money.
