If not, then EO 13848 comes into play, and the military may conduct an audit for foreign interference that the states have denied thus far. This is unprecedented, and no telling what may happen.
Concession is not an option. Not with the fraud and China involvement we've seen. I think Trump no longer considers this in terms of a "win" against Biden. It's a matter of saving the country from the clutches of the bought-and-sold politicians.
