Skull and Bones owns an island in the Thousand Islands (border of NY and Ontario), called Deer Island.
I boated near it a few summers ago and boy did a man come out fast from the bushes and yell at us to go away. We asked him the name of the island and he was pretty mad and just kept telling us to leave. If I wasn't such a chicken I'd love to go creep onto it at night.
Seems legit. We knew all this for years by now.
