Sure, I have no doubt that most of these people already had these types of nasty desires and that's why they sought out fame and fortune in the first place in such swamps as Hollywood and DC where they knew they could get what they wanted. But I do think there are some innocent people with ideals that try to do politics to serve or simply have talents they want to succeed with that get entrapped by these monsters against their will and through coercion. Not always with sex either. Sometimes with financial arrangements where the victim is set up to look guilty of a financial crime and if the FBI/CIA is in on it, they will bust the poor person and throw them in jail for life if they don't cooperate. Just look what they tried to do to Trump's kids and supporters. They tried to jail Roger Stone for what, 9 years with ZERO CAUSE as revenge for helping Trump? Historical evidence indicates the participants are all willing, even at the expense of their own reputation/freedom/conscience/soul.
