I have no real friends. My family was destroyed & permanently changed by the opioid epidemic after my brother died of an overdose in 2011. I've tried to end it all many times, yet the Lord still keeps me here for a reason. January 6th is the last bastion for hope and freedom for many, including me. (media.patriots.win)

You are not alone. Bad times (just like good times) never last. They are not permanent. And yes, the Lord does keep you here for a reason. Same like He has kept me here. For what, I don't know. Still searching. You owe it to yourself to never, ever give up. I am still in the process of learning to love myself as I approach my 50th bday. Stay strong.
