I haven’t been able to watch TV for some time now. I was forced to watch some when I went home for Christmas as my folks still watch TV. Thank goodness theyvare based at least. But the shows I saw were complete garbage. Game shows pushing effeminate men, “strong” women, outright faggots, and a whole laundry list of degenerate behavior. The episodes of Wheel of fortune seemed somewhat based, at least focused on the game snd the people were respectable.
The weekday gameshows are pretty bad most of the time. Where do they source the contestants? Some of the most bizarre individuals. And every single one solely relies on the crowd for their decisions. It's subtle conditioning to say the least
Been watching Friends with my wife, and I realized it more edgy and politically incorrect than almost every new show on today. That's sad. I was a teen in the 90's and I didn't watch it then because it was the most watered down milquetoast shit on TV at the time. Lol.
I agree it’s so funny that friends a show I would never watch back then is not woke. For first time watched the whole series 2 years ago and was like well I was wrong great show. Lol
I read they did a time jump so they didn't have to deal with the pandemic nonsense... maybe its a few min in? I didnt get to watch the new episode cuz of work.
Just to be clear, 1min and 5 seconds into the show - you never see a mask again. When she wore the mask, it was in February or March, not December.
I think the mask was used to illustrate that the "show" lives in the real world and was used as a vehicle to illustrate the passing of time. Why the grand kids are now 2 or 3 etc.

Yeah its weird isn't it? I watched NFL, NBA and MLB for decades and I truly don't miss it, which I really am surprised by. I must have watched it out of habit more than anything. Hell now I've ditched the so called news too. Onwards and upwards the spell is broken and there's no going back.
