7 seems to be considered of some significance too when it comes to the Bible. It's the number of completion/perfection, seven days to create the world, Jesus spoke seven statements from the cross, and a few other things.
I'm not a Christian, but I am somewhat familiar with the Bible and Christianity in general, considering a lot of western civilization is more or less based on the values of the religion I think we all should be, whether we have the faith or not.
And I was raised as a Lutheran. Most people are, or at least were until the last decades, in my country.

They did a recent poll recently and 50% of /pol/ users said they were christian, and /pol/ is the biggest board on 4chan by far.
Most active doesn't mean the most populous, you have to check the variety of tripcodes and /b/ still rules on that.
