I have noticed the most active, vocal and energetic conservatives (ie. Trump supporters), used to be democrats.

Everyone has to wake up eventually. I wanted Obama to win in 2008. Fucking hated the guy by 2010. We also should assume that although Democrats have probably always been trash they fundamentally changed 10 years ago and morphed into something completely different.
