as far as I know:

  • he's in Belmarsh High Security Prison in the UK serving a 50 week sentence for bail breach, of which he's already served them all. His imprisonment was extended due to the Extradition case by the US DoJ
  • the Swedish rape charges have been withdrawn so do not apply
  • there are no other charges against him
  • The Extradition hearing was completely discharged (failed)
  • He should be released shortly
