If Lin had a video of Roberts raping/murdering a child, and you could identify Roberts, that video would be up on the internet immediately. Robert's career would be over. It would be a PR nightmare and change everything. Even if it was just audio, if it's actually good evidence then there's no reason not to release it and put it out there.
