Starting to think Stacy Abrams did beat Rino Kemp for Governor. But Kemp cheated, and she caught him. In return she and the Democrat Party have him blackmailed. Explains the ridiculous Consent Decree that gives carte blanche for Democrats in Atlanta.

Hence why Ratsenburger and Kemp kept their secretive deal with Stacy Abrams quiet...and never bothered to let a court look at it.

Worst of all is that the Georgia Legislature is in on it as well or just too ignorant.

My current theory is both cheated independently and Kemp just did it better. They then did an IRL spiderman pointing meme, and cut the deal that we're seeing play out now.
