Hence why Ratsenburger and Kemp kept their secretive deal with Stacy Abrams quiet...and never bothered to let a court look at it.

Worst of all is that the Georgia Legislature is in on it as well or just too ignorant.

You mean he outcheated her and she has the receipts of his cheating and he does not of hers.
