Yeah, but there are several "hard lines" for Patriots that, once crossed, constitute tyranny and embody the concept that life is not so precious as to make slavery tolerable. Along with a stolen election and mandatory government injections is firearm confiscation - when you get word that the latter was committed on the basis of ownership alone, then the line has been crossed, and the shenanigans begin.
Red flag laws (i.e. public safety) will be their way around that. Just tell the neighbors the guy was posting some terrorist messages online, and therefore he was a threat to himself and others.
