Seems like it's from mobilize.us, but they have a BLM PAC specifically for Democrats. Before the national election, BLM had ads to go vote, rather than telling you who to vote for. Amazing thing is BLM founders said Joe Biden was part of white supremacy, so don't vote for him and they didn't endorse anyone.
