I believe it is highly illegal video if children are being raped and killed. He can't just throw it on his website even if redacted. I'm not saying he should not release it. I'm just saying it isn't is sample as just releasing it. If he is the owner of it, then he could be charged.

If it’s evidence of the rich and powerful raping and murdering children and they try to prosecute him for child porn because he gave it to the public there would not be a jury in the world that would convict him. It can be given to news orgs that would censor it and present it “safely”, and even if not the bigger issue is the crime.
It’s a pretty dumb theory too - approached with a gun and told to rape and murder a kid. I don’t think it works that way. These people are walked in to these thing much more subtly. They’re bought off, and some of them get into the kids. They don’t just walk up to you with a gun and tell you to do it.
