I'm not sure if you're genuinely Christian or just a Jew attempting to manipulate gullible Christians but no Christian denomination advocates giving special treatment to those who reject Christ
Christianity was founded as a rebellion against the corrupt Jewish priest caste. Jews are not to be revered by the followers of Christ. Jews are people who explicitly rejected Jesus and his teachings.
Today, there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek(Gentile). And its for God to judge those who reject Him and he will. But you nor I are God. And God's word is true.
Anyone, whether they or Jewish or gentile, can receive salvation by accepting Jesus as their savior
But when someone does that they cease being Jewish or pagan or atheist and become a Christian.
Modern Jews are people who have heard the word of Christ and specifically rejected it. There is no Christian justification to treat them any differently than any other non-believer.
