It is opening the eyes of complacent people who watch the films and read the books but never believe it really happens or that it affects them.

Even if Trump manages to get re-elected, it's going to take some drastic measures to clean up the swamp. I don't think normal law and justice authorities will be enough, they are not exactly doing their jobs now.
Nothing short of military intervention and an uprising of the people to say we no longer accept this will be sufficient.
