Agree Lindsey is useless here, but I think Cruz's idea is actually very smart. How likely is it that a majority of Congress agrees to throw out Biden's electors? Let's be real here, it's not happening 0% chance. However, what are the chances a majority agrees to at least perform an emergency audit first? Better than 0, and at the very least anyone who votes against an audit is going to look really bad
