The only purpose of courts is to resolve disputes in a peaceful manner so parties do not resolve it themselves through violence. Once courts stop performing their basic function then the inevitable result is disputes will be resolved the old fashion way- a duel.
Step 1: Go to all in person paper ballots with picture ID, except for military and absentee. Count all ballots with D and R observer for every vote with video recording live-stream. Simple ballet counters can be used for tabulation, with a random 10% by hand spot check (i.e. randomly pick 10% of ballots in precinct, use the automatic counter and then count by hand. Report all three sets of results. Results are keep in each precinct until all are done counting. No results are reported, no numbers or distributions. Everything is reported at one time.
Step 2: Redo all federal elections in a rolling pattern across all states over 4 week period. Current terms stand as-is. Seat all federal positions.
Step 3: All states redo local and state-wide elections AFTER the federal elections are completed.
Step 4: All federal judges are given a simple majority vote for approval in the Senate. If one DOES NOT get a simple majority, they are automatically selected for impeachment investigation and formal vote. Start with the Supreme Court and work down.
No retreat. No surrender. This is unacceptable and un-American. Do they really think we will tolerate this crap. I'm so over it. Post the receipts Jovan so we can start pushing it out.
