meh.. oversea expats send their legal ballots back via overnight courier all the time. A lot of this tik tok stuff may be extremely exaggerated from legitimate activity. There was a screen cap from the GA vote showing a chinese courier envelope being opened - erhergerd!!!

That said, if someone shipped thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions of votes from China ? AND someone has the receipts... That has my full attention.. It is highly plausible, but this fraud was soooo widespread across dozens of fraud vectors that they unfortunately are very near to pulling it off.
