When your stealing an election and your presidential candidate is losing in a landside, and you have to create votes for your candidates on blank ballots that arrived in the back of a "food" van in the very early morning hours. You and your treasonous co-conspirators grab huge stacks of blank ballots and you just start filling in the Biden/Harris bubble as fast as you can. You ignore the down ballot races because you don't have time! This is why Republicans won all the down ballot races. Now I'm sure there were dishonest republicans that bought their races but overall they weren't part of it. In fact I'd say that all the downballot election results are probably legitimate.
You make good points, and while I don’t think the House GOP was necessarily in on it, I’m sure Democratic stronghold states with all mail-in elections had the time, will, and resources to rig the whole ballot. So while I’m not saying every particular race was rigged, I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that the presidential race wasn’t the only one stolen.
