Many more would(will) show up if they knew the endgame. It is costly and many folks have to keep working to feed their kids if this just turns out to be a BIg Ass Rally in the cold.

All of the other rallies trump didn't advertise. He has specifically said to be there in DC on the 6th.

I work a job and support a family and I will teach my kids that they get a few less toys or we went out to eat a couple less times to make up for what I had to do to ensure that they grow up in a free country.

Do you not think they will come to you and attack you in your own home when the time comes? What will you do then?

Mooksayshigh 1 point ago +1 / -0

That’s what 2A is for, and the end game is clear if they come to your home, no one needs to think about it at that point.

What are you gonna do when they come for you in DC? Driving 2000 miles to DC just bc some people on the internet don’t think you’re doing enough means nothing to me. Gov officials coming to my home changes everything. Talking down to pedes not going does not make you better than them, it shows your insecurities about yourself. When you get back home from DC you can tell us all about it and feel like a real man.

I'm not too worried about that actually and although I do have insecurities, it has never been more clear to me what fighting for the truth actually requires and what is at stake.

I'd take 1.5m people having my back in DC rather than fending for myself in my house against 50 people.

Didn't realize posting about it would make me a real man, if it's that easy, I'll just stay home and post that I went.

Mooksayshigh 1 point ago +1 / -0

You think if shit pops off 1.5mill people are gonna stay in DC and NOT return home to fight in their own homes and communities and protect their own families?

What exactly do you thinks gonna happen this week? A civil war and then it’s done before you leave DC?

And good, go fight, but don’t talk shit to people who can’t make it, like no excuse is good enough for you, and since you’re going you’re above those who aren’t. You won’t be at my house with my family so you don’t get to decide what I do.

I'm saying I saw pedes who had just had newborns and left them with their spouse so one of them could join.

When the police come into your home for not wearing your mask correctly or being on a "far right hate forum" do you think they will change their mind based on your having a kid in the house? Same stuff, it's just that we have the ability to do something about it right now before it gets even worse.

we'll deal with that when and if it happens. so tired of the self-righteous judging our loyalty to Trump on here because we don't have the where-with-all to just drop everything and show up to protest all the time. I don't know what the fuck kind of jobs you people do but people who keep pissing away travel money and are never around when the employer needs you must have VERY understanding employers. Not every job is a "work from home/remotely" and many employers aren't so understanding. Showing up for a couple days in DC and shouting "stop the steal" ain't gonna change what's going to happen.

yuugecrowds [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's all about numbers and showing them who they represent in a way that they can't ignore.

I don't work from home and I don't have a high paying job that I can just leave all the time and spend tons of travel money. What I do have is the ability when the president calls me to drop what I need to do to make sure my kids grow up in a free country. Don't insult my work ethic, because I would be gone if I didn't bring more than enough value to my company to warrant taking some time to do the right thing as needed.

BTW I am sleeping in my truck because I can't afford a hotel in DC and will be packing the food that I eat for the same reason.

Planned on coming instead I’m flying to Atlanta tomorrow to say goodbye to my sister in law. She’s dying of cancer, so hubby and I are going there. That’s our excuse sorry if it’s not good enough for you. Stop being a dick to people because they can’t go. It’s not your call to make why!

Luke 9:60

Brookes 2 points ago +2 / -0

Still not your call. Don’t try to shove scripture up my ass. Shame on you.

May you be so lucky to have people who love you travel thousands of miles to hold your hand when you pass.

1
yuugecrowds [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not my call at all. Yours is definitely a valid reason by the way (not that I should have any bearing over that)

My post was pointed at those who will be staying home because it is an inconvenience to go or that "it won't do anything anyway"

1
Brookes 1 point ago +1 / -0

That isn't how it came off at all. It sounded quite scolding to me. therefore I took offense to it.

I don't believe you can berate or degrade someone into going who has what they believe are good reasons for not going (and they may be good reasons after all). It is up to each person's heart. The path is to inspire them, to stir inside them that little flame that burns in hearts on fire for freedom so that it is impossible for them to stay home or give into fear or stay seated. That little flame is the target -- not making people feel guilty or ashamed. Stir it anew and you will never have to do it again - it is eternal and cannot be quenched.

yuugecrowds [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I completely agree with you. I'm not trying to berate or degrade people into doing something if they have a reason they don't want to.

My post was done to encourage people to forgo their fears or hesitations and do the right thing. It is after all the right thing to do. Our ballot box was defiled. If not now, when?

I have one leg and will be there. NO EXCUSES

yuugecrowds [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Patriot!

1
Mooksayshigh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wtf does that even mean?

1
yuugecrowds [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Means he could easily use only have one leg as an excuse but chooses not to be a victim.

1
Mooksayshigh 1 point ago +1 / -0

But why would that mean anything? Idc if you have 0 legs and go, doesn’t change my life circumstances.

But is that what this is? Many people are befuddled as to What In The FucK is actually going on.

This is exactly right! I am sleeping in my truck overnight because I can't afford a hotel room right in DC. Our relatives ate their boot heels because that was the only food they had. They went through hardships that we can't fathom to make sure we had the ability to do what we need to do when the time came.

Not sure who downvoted me, but would you rather I say that I am flying in on a private helicopter and spending $15,000 on a Trump Hotel suite to justify that I am rich and therefore more privileged in some way than you?

Sorry haters, normal middle america pede here that has been stepped on for too long is all I am.
