I will say the trick on the interstate is every time you see a white sign “for authorized vehicles only” to the left of the road, that’s where they hide out. They’re always in the middle and usually very well hidden. Look for the white signs and slow down then.
Wyoming is like this too, I got a ticket traveling through there and had to go back for court. Everyone in court with me that day were all ticket for going anywhere from 1-3 miles over the limit. It sucked ass.

MD here, VA definitely targets out-of-staters since it's harder for them to fight it and they don't want to piss off the locals.
