Seriously wondering if they each get a cut of that 5000 if they catch someone, they're being predatory as bounty hunters to these poor guys just trying to make a living. Doesn't help that I'm in OR where Brown has weaponized OSHA to an amazing degree.

You can deny OSHA access to your home I believe.
You can deny anyone access to your home unless they show a valid warrant.
If a permit was pulled, the paperwork may have authorized entry for OSHA and code enforcement.
I'd still tell them to come back with a warrant or the police.
