Seriously wondering if they each get a cut of that 5000 if they catch someone, they're being predatory as bounty hunters to these poor guys just trying to make a living. Doesn't help that I'm in OR where Brown has weaponized OSHA to an amazing degree.

TLDR: Don't pay your fine and they will send you letters more often and step up inspections. Organized crime techniques at their best.
