The Capitol Police force reports directly to Congress and is the only force to do so. There are roughly 3,000 on the force but that does not include the civilian employees. Seriously! They've had YEARS of forced diversity to be anything effective. Almost all are fat and shoot only once a year to qualify. Oh, but they sure as fuck have lots of "sensitivity" training, whatever the fuck that means.
