There is a very small minority that can, but your average woman is not a soldier by any means. This isn't some fucking movie. At the sign of danger, most women will run and that's fine. I don't expect the women to fight.

The problem isn't that they will run. The problem is that because they are far less capable physically, they have no choice but to use lethal force if things get out of control.
