(I agree with you -- but trumping the constitution is not a power the constitution gives scotus. They have that to themselves. Perhaps it's time we took it away).
As well I have to ask where did this "supreme Court above all" thing come from? Madison v whatever case I believe. How are the 3 branches equal but 2 of them are also below the judicial?
