When I block someone, I don't want to see them anymore. Not their comments. Not their posts. Nada.

I know. It's still dumb and it's still you essentially censoring someone, even if they're dumb themselves.

So, you think I should just leave thedonald.win then? No thanks. I'll get the website to work better by pointing out it's weaknesses. See, I can block you, and then continue to surf with website unimpeded (pun intended).

Also, just FYI, I learned something today. The block feature does work, it just takes about an hour or two for it to kick in with any changes. So, in an hour or two, you'll never be able to contact me again. :)

No way. I don't dislike you for it. You're still here to MAGA like the rest of us. I'm just a free speech freak is all.

I believe in free speech also. I just don't need some libtard shills on here attacking me. Being able to block the people that attack me improves the experience. Reddit handles it way better than thedonald.win, but so long as thedonald wants to improve, they can get better with feedback from the users.

I just downvote/insult them. Watching leftists get desperate I find fun. Sometimes I try to inform them too. There's so many of us and so few of them that I don't find it a bad experience tbh.

How much time would you want to listen to a person that despises our great president? My guess is "none". So, when I run into someone and I don't want to hear their nonsense, I should be able to block them. If thedonald.win can't figure it out, I'll start a competing site that will be able to accomplish this relatively simple feat.

Lol, I was thinking about creating an alternate Reddit-like site for free speech with some special features over Reddit too.

To answer your question, very little, but I find such comments are usually massively downvoted and so are hidden away (if they're not removed completely by the mods). Maybe you've come across such comments more frequently than me however.

Also if such users are going to be banned by the mods, isn't that effectively a block anyway?

I'm not sure what you're getting at. My current understanding of the block feature on thedonald.win is that it has a inexcusably long delay (2 hours or so). On Reddit, I block someone, and it's immediately like they never existed. I couldn't find their comments if I wanted to. They couldn't send me a message/comment if they tried. So, this is preferential to me, anyway.

Ah right, yeah if you need it to be immediate then you're out of luck. I was just saying that they'll be banned from the site sooner or later, so you won't be hearing again from them ultimately.
