If I were in Georgia I would hold my nose and vote. At least I think I would. But now that I am politically active I will be working to coordinate with true patriots that can effectively primary Republicans in 2022 and beyond. We don’t need to pull the Republicans to the right per se, we need to make them directly accountable to American citizens and hostile to progressivism.
Doing this tomorrow, looking for real change in this party in the future. The country club republicans are repulsive, here’s hoping the Patriot party takes off.
Just thinking out loud. Maybe the thing to do is to primary democrats with MAGA folk. Register as a dem, but make very clear your agenda is to change the dem platform to pro-life, MAGA principles. If you could get enough to do it, you could quite literally take over the party. Maybe primary both? IDK. Regardless- primaries are a big part of the equation (assuming we can correct elections.) Elections are decided on primary day, with just a handful of people participating. That is the time to get your amen or women in.
I agree. And now for my most unpopular opinion, certain segments of the Sanders supporters and BLM are potential allies. Sanders voters hate and mistrusts the Democrats as much or more than we do. The same can be said of BLM and the federal government more generally. The MAGA movement must grow beyond Trump and beyond the Republican Party if we are to remake the nation.
We’d have to be careful to eject socialism, but “defund most government” and “defund police” should be able to find some common ground. I liked Trump’s point: people will unite around success. Give BLM and whoever else wants help starting small businesses and investing tax-advantaged.
Right. The socialist true believers and dedicated SJWs are a lost cause. The “but Sweden is a socialist country” and the “I don’t want people to think I’m racist” crowd is completely getable.
We still need them. If we have fewer than 50 senators, Chuck Schumer is in charge of the Senate. If you need to be told how bad that would be, I weep for you.
This needs to be stickied. Everyone should spread the word. Regardless what happens with Trump, holding the Senate is 100% better than not holding it. The GA runoff could in fact change the course of our country. Anyone who wants to boycott the GA election is quite frankly a moron
