Lol I DO NOT THINK THEY TAPED IT OFF?? Talking about the edge transition from door trim/caulk to brick? It looks more like the spray paint took to the white/metal/painted door but got sucked into the porous brick? There is black spray paint on the brick, just not saturated much because it soaked straight into the brick pores. Let me know if it was something else but that’s what it looks like to me. I don't think that it was taped off either. I think that there was overspray from somebody trying to be careful to only get the white and it just oversprayed the edge a little.
