While “Congressmen” is a technicality correct term, it is typically only used to reference Representatives in the House. You will therefore often hear “Senators and Congressmen” in news or conversation.
I don’t want that confusion. You have 2 Senators and 1 Representative, and all 3 are your people in Congress, so Congress people is an acceptable term.
“Congresspeople” or “Congresspersons” would not be acceptable.
