That long index finger with the red nail polish doesn't look like it belongs to a 6 year old, but I think the girl with Pelosi looks a lot younger than the girl with Biden.
I'm not a dude and I did look closely. Several times before I posted. Look where the knuckles of her middle find and ring finger are. The knuckle of her index finger lines up with them and the nail doesn't come close to her knuckle.
