The only people speaking on behalf are people with nothing to hide, true patriots, or just young guns. If they made a confession to Trump and wanted to come clean, would that be possible? I'm also thinking long term because once he starts his second term he needs to re-establish the party and maybe help some of these Republicans who have been compromised. It's easy to say toss them out but there are some good ones and I believe the want to the right thing but are blackmailed into silence.

I was hoping this is what kemp was doing but now Im not sure. I felt like that's what he was trying to do on that phone call.. "Ryan do the right thing.." He was trying to get them to be honest. He even used words like "forgiveness" and "we can work that out" but they want to die on this hill.
