Then congress can impeach pretend it is all bidens fault, and give camel the reigns. If the entire network isn't taken down, we lose. If biden is ever legally able to sign an EO, we lose.

Everyone is kicking the can.

One the one hand it's disheartening - it shouldn't have to fall to the people.

But on the other hand, it speaks volumes as to the resolve of the enemy, they are filled to the brim with cowards who will cave at the slightest hint of pressure.

Nobody cares what the SC says or does anymore.

They do nothing

A petition for writ of certiorari was filed. That's the standard pleading filed in a Supreme Court docket, essentially seeking permission for the case to proceed. A motion for expedited consideration of the petition was also filed, which is a separate document asking for the court to please speed up the process of ruling on the petition. Looks like SCOTUS has ignored that motion, and has set the Petition response date for 2/3 (as opposed to the date sought by the motion, which was 12/30)

As far as I am aware that's just a default date (it's set 1 month ahead usually). It's not something they actually decided.

Well given that the motion for expedited consideration is seeking for the reply date to be set for 12/30/20, I think it's fair to say that the motion is not going to be allowed as filed...
