Simple question: out of the 7 states who said they are sending a delegation for Trump in addition to the Biden delegation, how many have really submitted slates which can be opened on Jan 6?

I was under the impression that they all did send slates, but now, I am reading some comments that these slates have not officially been submitted and won't be even there to be opened if needed. What the fuck is going on? Any reliable source on this issue?
