I heard Trump vetoed/refused to sign it, demanding $2k, now I have heard people started getting $600 checks, I'm a bit confused. Any insight to this situation? I know there was a bunch of pork and some pretty bad stuff in there.

They had their supermajority, which means it was veto proof. He vetoed, they overrode. The silver lining is we were able to see which Republicans stabbed him in the back on the second vote, but that isn't much of a consolation prize in my opinion.
Trump didn’t veto the bill. He signed it.

They over rode his veto and checks are going out this week.
600 bucks to you, thousands for the countries producing the invasion-ary forces diluting your country.
What worries me is all the other stuff in that bill that we have no idea about.
They pass it and more every year though.
The truth is we don't have any real say or good look into what goes on.

Correct, he signed the bill but asked that congress make changes, they said pound sand and it moved forward.
