Russian Citizens marched out in protests in key cities.
"Opposition Leaders" guided them into organized protest zones.
In Moscow that zone was moved right before the protest to "avoid confrontation" into an area of the city with limited exits that was easy to surround.
Police brought reinforcements from regions that dislike the core cities and were brainwashed to hate protesters.
The protesters were surrounded, viciously beaten up, dispersed, and thousands were arrested - some on charges of "resisting police action" including fake injury reports. These people were charged and imprisoned for many years.
Smaller repeat protests were viciously suppressed, while many of the opposition leaders asked people to refrain from violent retaliation "now is not the time!".
The protest movement was betrayed and destroyed.
Now when people protest in other more remote cities, no one cares, they can walk out peacefully for months in some cities and it gets almost no coverage.
Do NOT let this happen in the USA.

Ok, your info on the Russian elections is MSM propaganda. I have friends and family there who when asked, didn’t know what I was talking about/said that wasn’t happening. I myself was watching “protests” on Fox News. The signs were in Greek, not Russian. They used footage from the Greek protests and tried to pass it off as Russian. Fox issued a retraction when called out on it on the bottom of their website.

I still have family both in Russia and Ukraine. I am a US Citizen of Russian heritage. I watched the footage coverage from cell phones and other cameras on the ground, not MSM. It matched what I was later told by relatives and friends, and what I could read in chats.
The protests had representatives from all the non-mainstream parties - Nationalists, Reform, Anti-Corruption, Libertarians, Nazbols, Commies, and even some Ancoms. They wanted fair elections, not ballot harvesting and fake vote dumps.
Fox is controlled opposition, I never trusted them and don't care if they fucked up.

At no point have I seen the CCP fight globalists. They are one and the same IMO. Putin uses who he needs to here to further Russia’s goals, as he should as President of Russia. Agreed on the latter. What I hope is people learn from past mistakes of others and not trust the controlled opposition. There has to be an actual verification of signatures, not a "ten day committee" that will make some non-binding proclamation.
